Wayne arrives to the Gospel Center Rescue Mission having served Faith Farm Ministries’ as its Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development and Programs. Faith Farm is a three campus, free Christian nine month resident addiction regeneration program with 450 beds. During his four years "on the Farm" he instituted a comprehensive fundraising program, a college accredited academic program for up to nine college credits, a Comprehensive Work Training Institute where students can train in any of the 17 vocational skills, as well as numerous other changes which moved Faith Farm Ministries to a national non-profit.

Wayne’s background also includes serving in leadership positions at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Christian Broadcasting Network’s Operation Blessing International, the United States Military Academy’s West Point Association of Graduates, Southeastern University, and Mountainside Management – his family’s property management business in the Hudson Valley of New York State.

Wayne serves as a Board member for South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He is a pro-bono fund raising consultant for Samaritan’s Feet (supplies shoes to children in the US and around the world) in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is an Advisory Board Member for World Harvest Project (missionary and humanitarian work in South America and Africa) based in Charlotte, and Help One Love One (supporting Cystic Fibrosis clients) in Byron, Minnesota. He is also a seminar speaker with a focus on non-profit Board and senior leadership fundraising training.

Service to his country comprises a 23 year Army active and Reserve career, which includes six years of command and leading multiple Army Engineer unit deployments to Korea and Panama.

Education is highlighted by graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1983 having gained an appointment as an enlisted soldier. Wayne is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a licensed minister from the Fellowship of Ministers International.
